Cheryl Hubley-Kozey, PhD

Dr. Hubley- Kozey is a professor in the Faculties of Health, Medicine and Engineering, Dalhousie University, and an Affiliate Scientist at the Nova Scotia Health Authority in Halifax, NS Canada. Her clinical biomechanics and neuromuscular control research have focused on knee osteoarthritis research that has led to a new understanding of the contributions of the musculature on joint function for both structural and symptomatic OA processes. Her research is funded from CIHR, NSERC and other national and regional foundations and she has over 80 publications and 150 conference presentations. She is a member of the Canadian Arthritis Society Scientific Advisory Committee and the 2016 Canadian Society for Biomechanics Career award winner.
